Before beginning any home improvement project, please review the Springbrook Owners’ Association Declaration of Covenants, Conditions, & Restrictions (CCR’s) as well as the current Architectural Committee Rules (ACR’s) found in your homeowner binder or on the web at www.springbrookhoa.com.

Do not begin building without written approval from the Architectural Control Committee (ACC).  Verbal authorizations are not allowed, with the exception that  if a request is approved by the ACC,  pending mailing  a copy to the  homeowner and the Springbrook office, in order to expedite construction.  All requests must be submitted in writing and signed by the homeowner before it can be reviewed.  All attachments and related correspondence are considered part of this request.  For additional information please contact us at pamco@pamcotx.com. 
 
All improvements requiring a City of Pflugerville Building Permit & Inspection Report will require copies of both the permit and completed inspection papers to be filed with the Architectural Committee to be attached to the homeowner’s approved request at the completion of the project.
