The CITY OF PFLUGERVILLE sent out a NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING to REZONE the area at the end of Wilke Lane from Agriculture/Conservation (A) to General Business 1 (GB1). The developer is intending to develop the land for use by a tenant whose intentions are to open an auto mechanic shop. You are encouraged to attend this meeting on behalf of the Association.
For those of you unfamiliar with this area, this is the area that borders our park on the north side near the park’s parking lot that has had a mobile home on it for years.
Notice was given that the Pflugerville Planning and Zoning Commission and City Council was to hold a public hearing to consider the following rezoning case:
To receive public comment and consider an application to rezone approximately 1-acre of land in the John Van Winkle Survey, Abstract No. 787, and the Thomas G. Stuart Survey, Abstract f\lo. 689 located at Wilke Ridge Lane from Agriculture/Conservation (A) to General Business 1 (GB1) district, or any other more restrictive district; to be known as the Wilke Ridge Rezoning. All interested persons are encouraged to participate in the deliberations on these hearings, which will be held at City Hall, 100 E. Main St., Suite 500, Pflugerville, TX. The CITY COUNCIL will meet
