As we approach the New Year, I'd like to take this opportunity to remind you that it is illegal to use or sell fireworks within the City of Pflugerville. Further, the Springbrook Owners Association Declaration of Covenants, Conditions, and Restrictions expressly prohibits the discharge of fireworks within the neighborhood via General Restriction 3.10:
Hazardous Activities: No activities shall be conducted on the Property and no Improvements constructed on the Property which are or might be unsafe or hazardous to any person or property. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, no firearms or fireworks shall be discharged upon the Property, no open fires shall be lighted or permitted except within safe and well-designed interior fireplaces, or in contained barbecue units while attended and in use for cooking purposes. No hazardous or flammable materials shall be stored or be permitted to remain upon a Lot unless such materials are customary to or affiliated with residential use.
Last year, PAMco received numerous complaints from homeowners because the loud noises from the fireworks scared their pets and woke up their young children. I ask that you please be aware of the issues fireworks cause your neighbors and enjoy them outside of City limits.
Remember “No Pfireworks in the City Limits”
Sincerely,
Springbrook Owners Association
