The winners of the Springbrook Owners Association Christmas Lights Contest, sponsored and judged by your property management company (PAMco), were announced this morning. Taking first place, and receiving a prize of $50, were Craig & Monica Tonn at 17931 Holderness Lane. First Runner-up receiving a prize of $25 was Jan and Delores Rogoyski at 17806 Deren Cove. And Second Runner- up, also receiving a prize of $25 was John & Hjardist Baldwin at 17708 Worley Drive.

We would like to take a moment to recognize each household who helped the neighborhood shine this year by installing Christmas lights and decorations on their houses. Your efforts are appreciated by your neighbors and their guests because it shows your pride in homeownership, which is key to keeping our neighborhood a great place to live.
