Detours are planned at the intersection of Pflugerville Parkway and Regis Drive starting the week of April 18 as utility construction continues on new water mains along Pflugerville Parkway. Please review the detour map and adjust your driving patterns to avoid closures and construction delays. The project is anticipated to last about three weeks. City staff ask motorists to proceed with caution through construction work zones and observe temporary construction and detour signage. Our Springbrook Annual Meeting will be held on Thursday, April 14th, 2016 from 6:30pm until 8:00pm. The meeting will be held in the community park. Please bring your lawn chair and come meet your neighbors. You will receive the official meeting Announcement from PAMco in the mail. We will also provide hotdogs, chips, and water.

We will host a community garage sale on April 9th, 2016. 7:00am-3:00pm. We will provide the advertising, you provide the sale items in your driveway, lawn or garage.

The winners of the Springbrook Owners Association Christmas Lights Contest, sponsored and judged by your property management company (PAMco), were announced this morning. 1st place: $50, Craig & Monica Tonn at 17931 Holderness Lane 1st Runner-up: $25, Jan and Delores Rogoyski at 17806 Deren Cove 2nd Runner- up: 25, John & Hjardist Baldwin at 17708 Worley Drive We would like to take a moment to recognize each household who helped the neighborhood shine this year by installing Christmas lights and decorations on their houses. Your efforts are appreciated by your neighbors and their guests because it shows your pride in homeownership, which is key to keeping our neighborhood a great place to live.

October 6th, 2015, the association will celebrate National Night Out (NNO). NNO is a community-police awareness-raising event in the United States, held the first Tuesday of October for Texas residents to avoid hot weather.

On September 12, 2015 we will host another community garage sale.
